T'ai Chi Chi ~ Moving Meditation	5/8-6/12 5:30-6:30 p.m.	HealthLink Littauer Johnstown Mall	6 sessions (Thursdays). Short form of easy, gentle movements to increase flexibility/balance/endurance, reduce the effects of stress on the body, promote health and well-being, lower blood pressure, aid in weight control, and reduce minor aches and pains. Great Expectations ~ Parenting	5/14 Infants 5/21 Toddlers 5/28 PreSchoolers   6:30-8:30 p.m.	HealthLink Littauer Johnstown Mall	1 session each (Wednesdays). To help parents and/or caregivers cope with the realities of daily life with young children. Topics include age-appropriate daily care, normal growth and development, establishing realistic expectations, managing behavior, and much more! Childbirth Preparation Classes	5/14-6/11 6:30-8:30 p.m.	Nathan Littauer Nursing Home	5 sessions (Wednesdays). Prepares expectant parents mentally and physically for the childbirth experience. Tour of Maternity (birthing rooms) and Nursery included.
