Miskinis Recognized as Littauer’s Goodwill Recipient! Gloversville…
Charmaine Miskinis was recently awarded the Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home’s Goodwill Award for the Second Quarter of 2006. Charmaine, who has been employed at Littauer for 24 years, works as a second shift nursing supervisor.
Charmaine was nominated by several coworkers who wanted to recognize the outstanding effort that Charmaine puts forth everyday in her job. One coworker states "She is a true professional and supports the entire hospital." Another coworker wrote "Charmaine is always fair to staff in her decision making but most importantly thinks first of patient needs."
"Charmaine is truly an asset to this hospital," states Ginger Mulligan, vice president of nursing. "She represents what it means to be a Goodwill recipient".
"I love my hospital," states Miskinis. "I love being a nurse and I love working with very supportive people. It all comes together so that we can provide really good care to all our patients." Charmaine resides in Mayfield with her husband Jeff, and their daughters Taylor and Alexa.
