PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
The purpose of this job is to provide technical physical therapy services in accordance with patient care plans, department policies and procedures and within the scope of practice for Physical Therapy Assistants taking into account the individuals patient’s special physical or age-related needs.
Possess Associates Degree in Physical Therapy.
Possess a NYS license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Full time position 40 hours/week, varied shifts.
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will lead our health care team in our Gloversville Primary Care Center. Directs patient care keeping within the scope of practices under the nurse practitioner/Physician Assistant licensure and level of expertise, under the direction of the supervising physician taking into account the individual patient’s special physical or age-related needs.
Must have completed an accredited NP or PA program and be registered by the NYS Department of Education.
One year of experience working in clinical medicine, clinic or urgent care setting. Prefer three (3) years working in clinical medicine, clinic or urgent care setting.
Full time position, 40 hours, varied shifts.
