Hospital Openings




Description: This job is responsible for operating Spiral CT imaging System to produce quality cross-sectional Anatomical images.


  • Associates degree from an accredited school of Radiological Technology
  • Licensed by the New York State Department of Health
  • ARRT Certification


  • Computerized Tomography Certification

Status: PT 16 Hours 11PM-7AM



Description: Performs various patient care activities and related services under the guidance of a Registered Professional Nurse and in accordance with Hospital policies and objectives.

Bathes and assists patients with personal hygiene.  Takes and records patients’ temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate and blood pressure under clinical guidance of Registered Professional Nurse.  Cleans, prepares and stores equipment trays and other supplies.  Serves and collects patient food trays and provides between meal nourishment’s.


  • One (1) year nurse’s aide type training or equivalent

Status: Med/Surg.  FT 40 Hours 2:45pm-11:15pm, FT 40 hrs. 10:45pm-7:15am; PT 16 Hours 2:45pm-11:15pm, Casual (as needed)



Description: Performs cardiopulmonary evaluations, respiratory therapy treatments, techniques, and educate patients in their treatments.

Requires: Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy/Certificate in Respiratory Technician. Possess a working knowledge of respiratory care equipment, ECG equipment, medical terminology, etc. and 1yr experience as a Respiratory Therapist (recent grads will be considered) in an acute care setting. LICENSURE AS A RESPIRATORY THERAPIST BY THE NEW YORK STATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT AND REGISTRATION BY THE NATIONAL BOARD FOR RESPIRATORY CARE REQUIRED.

Prefers: Possess two (2) to three (3) years experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting – six (6) months to one (1) year home care setting.

Status: FT 40 hrs. 11pm-7am and 7p-7am; PT 16 varied hrs., and Casual (as needed)


WARD CLERK – Hospital

Description: Performs general clerical duties by preparing, compiling and maintaining patient and operational records on a nursing unit.

Prepares requisitions for materials and services required by the Unit.

Acts as a receptionist and processes messages for patients, staff, and physicians.


  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Possess previous experience in healthcare/medical office


Med/Surg – 16hrs. 10:45pm-7:15am; OB – 16 hrs. 2:45pm-11:15pm

~Casual (as needed) available on all shifts as well~



Description: Performs various chemical, microscopic, morphologic, immunologic, bacteriologic and other tests to obtain data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Organizes and assesses all work assignments to determine priorities, to segregate test groups and to analyze results.  Performs complex laboratory tests according to written protocol.

Analyzes, interprets and evaluates the reliability of test results for which he/she is responsible.

Exercises independent judgment in the conduct of the clinical laboratory with minimal supervision.


  • NYS CLT registration/licensure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or with a major in one of the biological or physical sciences
  • One (1) year clinical laboratory experience

Status:  FT 40 hours 6am-2:30pm, FT varied hours 2nd & 3rd shift



Description:  To perform skilled therapy interventions for a geriatric and rehab population.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • NYS Physical Therapist License ~ current and valid


  • One (1) year prior experience
  • Prior Meditech scheduling experience

Status:  ~ Casual to work 6-8 hours on Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm.



Description: Performs two dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs.

Performs a variety of examinations including abdomen, OB/GYN, small parts and vascular procedures on patients from infant to geriatrics.


  • Completion of an Ultrasound Training Program or graduation from an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Possess one (1) year of experience in Ultrasound Imaging
  • Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Ability to perform Vascular Sonography


  • Possess three to five (3-5) years experience in Ultrasound Imaging

Status:  ~ Casual (as needed)



Description: Performs and assists with electrocardiograms, cardiac stress tests, 24-hour Holter Monitors, and electroencephalograms. Reviews recording for quality and clarity. Maintains ECG Department equipment, supplies, and reports problems to the supervisor. Acts as a resource to patient scheduling department when necessary. All duties are performed taking into account the individual patient’s special physical, mental or age-related needs.


  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (AHA).
  • Requires One (1) year prior experience in ECG. Six (6) months experience with Stress testing and Holter Monitor hook-up. Six (6) months experience with EEG and head electrode hook-ups.

Description: To implement the Nursing Facility’s Occupation Therapy programs and services under the guidance of a Licensed Occupational Therapist, in accordance with policies and procedures and within the scope of practice of a COTA.


  • Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapist
  • Working knowledge of NYS and federal codes pertaining to the age of the residents and patients being served
  • Knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span

Status: Casual (as needed)



Description:  To assist the Radiologist and perform examinations on patients using radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs


  • Possess a four year high school education or equivalent and two year accredited school for Radiologic Technology. 
  • Licensed by the New York State Department of Health.
  • ARRT certified.  

Preferred: Possess an Associate degree from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology

Experience: Possess no prior experience

Preferred: Possess one year prior experience.

Status: PT 16 hours  10:45pm-7:15am

Description:  The purpose of this job is: to assist in planning, organizing and implementing the activities pro-gram to meet the physical, mental and spiritual needs of the residents, taking into account the individual resident’s special physical or age-related needs.


  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Employee is trained and prepared to care for the age-specific group served on their assigned unit
  • Possess clearance through the New York State Control Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment.
  • Must possess current New York State Nurse Aide Certification 

Preferred: Possess an AAS degree in human services.

Experience: Possess two (2) or more years experience working on a social level within geriatric population.
