Description:  The purpose of this job is to provide the Controller with confidential financial and statistical information, prepare reports and surveys to appropriate outside agencies and provides support and assistance in the Finance Department.

Description:  The purpose of this job is to transport patients to and from Imaging, answer telephones and to assist staff Technologist in various ways to complete radiographic examinations taking into account the individual patient’s special physical and age-related needs. 


  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Prefer prior Radiology experience.  Possess prior patient care experience.  HIS experience preferred.

Status:  2:30pm – 11:00 pm (16 hours)



Description:  The purpose of this job is to clean and service the Hospital building interior, move furniture, equipment and supplies in and around the building and perform a variety of housekeeping duties and repetitive tasks to maintain the building complex in a safe, sanitary, orderly and attractive condition.


  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Prefer one year environmental services experience in a healthcare setting.

Status:  7:00am – 3:30pm (24 hours)



Description:  The purpose of this job is to perform all aspects of patient intake.  Accurately gather insurance, demographic and diagnostic information for the proper methodology of billing.


  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Prefer one to two years college with completion of an approved program in medical terminology.
  • Possess one to two years experience in a health care related field.  Must have exceptional public relation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Prefer knowledge of third party payors.

Status:  6:30am – 3:00pm (40 hours), 2:30pm – 11:00pm (40 hours) & 2:30pm – 11pm (Saturday & Sunday) & 3pm – 7pm (Monday) = (20 hours)



Description:  The Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who works under the direction of the manager of a defined nursing department.  He or she develops and coordinates educational programs for assigned personnel, assists with the discipline of employees, and participates in quality improvement activities.  The Assistant Nurse Manager can assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of the department Nurse Manager.  Work is performed in accordance with established hospital standards, nursing department/unit process and outcome standards, established regulatory and accreditation requirements, and consistent with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the hospital and nursing department. 


  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with Associate’s degree or diploma.
  • Prefer Bachelor of Science/Nursing degree.
  • Possess current NYS license for Registered Professional Nurse; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), medication competency certification.
  • Five (5) years of prior nursing experience, two of which are consistent with the type of patient population to be managed.
  • Prefer two (2) years management experience.

Status:   Med Surg – 10:45pm – 7:15am (40 hours)



Description:  The purpose of this job is to enforce the rules, policies and regulations of the institutions as they relate to employees and other persons.  Patrols the building and grounds of the Hospital and Nursing Home and the Medical Arts building to observe, prevent and report fire, theft, vandalism, accidents or unauthorized entry. 


  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Preferred – Possess an A.A.S. in Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field.
  • Possess New York State Security Guard registration.
  • Prefer New York State Emergency Technician.
  • Possess two years experience in a security position or 2 year degree in Criminal Justice or related field.  Must have completed eight (8) hour Security Officer pre-assignment training course.
  •  Prefer prior experience in a healthcare facility.

Status:  Casual (Varied Shifts)




Description:  The Ward Clerk performs defined clerical and receptionist functions on the nursing unit to provide an organized and efficient atmosphere in which to deliver patient care.


  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.  Employee is trained and prepared to provide non-direct care for the age-specific group served on their assigned unit.
  • Preferred – Completed a medical terminology course.  Computer knowledge of Meditech system.  Previous experience as a Ward Clerk or Medical Office Coordinator or equivalent.
  • Possess previous experience in a health care setting.

  Status:  Med Surg – 10:45pm – 7:15am (40 hours), 6:45am – 3:15pm (40 hours & 16 hours) &Casual (Varied Hours)

SCU – 6:45am – 3:15pm (16 hours)

Description:  This position is responsible for performing the billing functions for the skilled nursing facility in accordance with current private and governmental payer billing guidelines as related to short and long term care facility operations.  This position is specifically responsible for all billing and follow-up/collection activities within the skilled nursing facility for all payer sources. 


  • Possess a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Prefer A.A.S. degree.
  • Possess five (5) years of nursing home billing in a similar capacity required.
  • Prefer working knowledge of third party payor’s rules, regulations and computerized billing systems.  Familiarity with spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.

Status:  8:00am  – 4:30pm (40 hours)
