Managing Stress:  A healthy alternative to letting stress manage YOU!   Learn to manage stress all year long with monthly topics including stress 101, nutrition & fitness, stress & sleep, communication, dealing with difficult people, conflict resolution, humor & play, relaxation, goal setting & decision making, organization & time management, positive thinking, and holiday stress, and more!

Relax With Crafts:  Experience the relaxing benefits of mindfulness with adult coloring, creating your own greeting cards, or various crafting projects!
