Our mind & body programs focus on ways in which emotional, mental, social, physical and behavioral factors can affect your health.

Tai Chi For Arthritis:  For anyone with arthritis, joint or muscle problems.  Learn six gentle movements of Sun-style Tai Chi to improve flexibility, strength, balance, mental focus, and performance of daily activities!

Managing Stress:  A healthy alternative to letting stress manage YOU!   Learn to manage stress all year long with monthly topics including stress 101, nutrition & fitness, stress & sleep, communication, dealing with difficult people, conflict resolution, humor & play, relaxation, goal setting & decision making, organization & time management, positive thinking, and holiday stress.

Hiking & Snowshoeing: Experience the physical & mental benefits of the great outdoors! Join us during spring, summer, fall or winter as we hike or snowshoe along local trails.

Winter Fitness ~ Winter Fun:  Cross-country skiing, skating & snowshoeing with our group at Lapland Lake Nordic Ski Center.

Complementary Therapies:  Classes are offered by experienced instructors on topics such as mindfulness meditation, relaxation, therapeutic touch, aromatherapy, reflexology, massage, crystals, chakras, BreathWalk, and more!
