Medicaid – $210.60 per day

CDPHP – $499.00 per day

Senior Blue – $435.93 per day

Please note: Medicare and most Medicare Advantage plans follow the PDPM rate scale, which is a calculation that attributes an amount to nursing care, rehab care, and specialized services.
