Nutrition Counseling ServicesOutpatient Counseling

Our Clinical Dietitians provide individual counseling sessions to address each patient’s own specific needs, and a family member is also welcome to attend (with the patient’s approval). Patients are referred from their healthcare provider and can schedule an initial appointment by calling our Patient Access Scheduling line at (518) 775-4250.

Our Nutrition Team works closely with Physicians to ensure a healthy lifestyle for our patients.

When admitted to the hospital, our “Expressly For You” service was designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible with:
