The Nurse Manager has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities taking into account the individual patient’s special physical or age-related needs. Work is performed in accordance with established hospital standards, nursing department/unit process and outcome standards, established regulatory and accreditation requirements, and consistent with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the hospital and nursing department.EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with associate’s degree or diploma.
