Endoscopy Assistant **There is a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus available for full-time Endoscopy Assistants** POSITION: ENDOSCOPY ASSISTANT JOB PURPOSE: The Endoscopy Assistant performs a variety of duties as a member of the surgical services team during the patient’s procedure, taking into account the individual patient’s special physical and/or age-related needs. Assists with the preparation of endoscopy patients, creates/maintains sterile field, issues instruments/equipment to surgeons/assistants. EDUCATION: Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within six (6) months. EXPERIENCE: Possesses no prior experience. Primary/Specialty Care Manager TITLE: Primary / Specialty Care Manager SHIFT: 8:00AM – 4:30PM STATUS: 40 HOURS The purpose of this job is to identify and provide care management services for the high-risk patients in the Primary/Specialty Care population and work with behavioral health agencies outside the Nathan Littauer Hospital Primary/Specialty Care system to coordinate PCP services for the Agency’s high-risk population. EDUCATION: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. PREFERRED: Associate’s degree with a concentration on care management or related discipline. EXPERIENCE: Care Management experience. PREFERRED: Process Improvement, Quality Improvement, and Patient Centered Medical Home recognition is highly preferred.
