DEPARTMENT: Information Services

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for assuring the overall successful implementation of Meditech’s clinical modules (i.e., Laboratory, Microbiology, Anatomical Pathology, Blood Bank, Pharmacy, Diagnostic Imaging, Nurse Station Communications, Nursing Acuity, Nursing Care Plans, Patient Care Inquiry) in a timely manner.

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.

PREFERRED:  Informatics degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:  None

EXPERIENCE:  Possess a least five (5) years’ experience leading, implementing and supporting clinical applications and staff within a Meditech facility, preferably Expanse. 

PREFERRED:  Process project management experience.

KNOWLEDGE:  Possess a working knowledge of provider workflows and documentation, clinical staff roles and responsibilities along with basic computer troubleshooting.

SHIFT:  7:30 AM – 4:00 PM         STATUS: 40 HOURS
