Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist****There is a $15,000 sign on bonus for full time Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist****Description: Work in collaboration with the Supervisor of the department and the Laboratory Manager to ensure that all departmental procedures and policies are compiled with appropriately. The Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist will be able to perform all duties of a Clinical Laboratory Technologist. In addition, the Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for technical aspects of the department including: ensuring regulatory compliance, computer file maintenance, writing procedures, review of quality control results, maintaining instrumentation. The Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist will utilize technical expertise and leadership qualities to aid in problem solving within the department. The Lead Clinical Laboratory Technologist will be able to oversee operations of the department independently, on a day to day basis.
