Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – SNF****There is a $15,000 sign on bonus for full time evening/night Nursing Supervisors****Description: The purpose of the Nursing Supervisor job is to coordinate the activities of the resident care units. The Nursing Supervisor assists the clinical coordinator in departmental staffing on a daily basis, maintains approved standards of resident care within the Department of Nursing taking into account the individual resident’s special physical or age-related needs, and the investigation and resolution of complaints. The Nursing Supervisor has responsibility for the operation of the entire Nursing Home in the absence of Administration with the support of the designated Director of Nursing on call.Requires: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with Associate’s Degree or diploma. Employee is trained and prepared to care for the age-specific group (adult, geriatric) served on their assigned unit.Prefer Bachelor of Science/Nursing degree.Possess current NYS license for Registered Nurse.
